In 2014, artists Carl Fuchs and Chris Garcia decided they were ready to combine forces and begin a new venture together. Their aim was to create a shop that emphasized on the highest quality of work, exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with clients, and providing the artists with an environment that fosters creativity. With a rich history of working in the Hampton Roads area, the two well-respected artists chose to set up shop in Virginia Beach, Virginia,
and Red 5 Tattoo was born.
